Following in Glenterra Vineyard’s footsteps, our winemaking emphasizes a minimalist and natural approach. We use no enzymes during the crush phase and often rely on indigenous yeasts to ferment our wines. To ensure that our wines make it to our customers in prime condition, we use only minimal and controlled amount of sulphites. Our wines contain no animal-based fining products and are vegan friendly.
These protocols produce wines with vibrant character, that are expressive of their terroir.
